I just created a new recipe site called Simple Vegetarian Recipes - located at http://www.simple-vegetarian-recipes.com
Most of the recipes are vegan, but I figured there are more people out there who are vegetarian than vegan. Also, I'm trying to highlight which recipes are good for families who have one vegetarian... things where you can make the whole recipe and then the meat-eaters can add chicken or something.
So my questions:
1. Are you an omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan?
1a. Non-omnivores - did you do it for ethical reasons, health reasons, or environmental reasons?
1b. Vegetarians - Why vegetarian and not vegan?
1c. Omnivores - Would you look at a vegetarian recipe site to get some good vegetable dish ideas... even though you know you are serving them up as a side dish to steak :)
2. How long do you spend per night making dinner?
2b. If you don't like to spend a lot of time making dinner, would you make a recipe with a crock pot? Would you cook something on the weekend and eat it as leftovers during the week? If yes - how long are you willing to spend cooking on the weekend?
3. What cooking appliances/supplies do you have?
4. How old are you?
5. Do you live with a family? Do you eat dinners together?
