I’ve always heard that doing cardio will help you to lose weight. I just heard from somebody that doing cardio doesn’t work as well as simply walking. Their explanation was that when doing cardio, your body has to go through all of your blood sugar first before it even starts burning fat, which can take up to thirty minutes. I don’t really understand that explanation. So yeah. Are they right, or do they hold any truth? Because I have always heard that cardio is the fastest way to burn fat.
