I'm 22 years old and I work 60+ hours a week as a fast food manager. I work 2:30pm to 1-3:00 am. When I get home I can't fall asleep. I've tried sleeping pills but they make me feel like I didn't sleep at all. I sleep half the day on my days off and have really low energy. How do I get into a regular sleep schedule and all that when I work such long and shitty hours?
