I went to the farmer's market today and got an artichoke, just because I've never had one before and it was $1 and it was HUGE. Like, I'm looking at it right now, and like...it's the size of a cabbage. TQC. HELP ME. WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS THING? What type of sauce should I make to serve with it? Or, should I, just, like, bread it and DEEP FRY THE WHOLE DAMNED THING?
