Well, scratch that. I actually managed to crash out during the 1st Family Guy episode on Adult Swim tonight...so 10:00ish? But the husband woke me up when he came to bed, which was around 10:45.
It is now 1:00 a.m. and I need to be up in 5 1/2 hours for work. Besides drinking warm milk/tea, what can I do to help me sleep?
