I'm a newbie to legumes. I have a mix of dried legumes that includes pearl barley, green and yellow split peas, pasta, brown and red lentils, dried carrots, dried peas, dried beans and onion flakes.

The sources I've been reading have different cooking times for different legumes. What would be the best way to cook this up? I was thinking boil it up and then add it to rice, how long should I cook the mix for?
