Do you find that if you don't relieve your stress you end up becoming more irritable and taking it out on others? If so, once you get into the routine of doing this, how do you get out of it?

Also, do commercials scare you? I keep seeing a commercial for those Halloween Horror Nights things and they creep me out. Does it seem like a lot of times commercials for scary movies end up scaring you more then the movie does?
