1. How would I go about checking my family's health history?

2. Without my consenting at all, Visa sent me a credit card. I didn't activate it, but yet they send me monthly bills for $0. I tried to call and speak with them and get it canceled, but they insist my account number doesn't exist. I kept asking to speak to their manager and then that persons manager and so on, but everyone I spole to still kept insisting my account number doesn't exit. Yet its an actual credit card and a monthly bill with no charges still arrives every month. What can I do about this?
