Handhelds

Any personal user opinions on the Palm Zire 31?  I have never had a handheld/palm before.  I am looking for inexpensive, calendar, contacts, at least 16MB (32 preferred) and reliable.  I have read SO many online reviews, but of course I had to check here first.  :-)
