Of course, the other option is scraping together the 1700 dollars I have in a CD account and buying used, but I doubt that buying a (probably crappy) car, registering it during the course of a week, and doing all those pesky papers of ownership thingies is worth a few spats during break. I'd take it back to school, except I A: don't have a parking space and B: don't think a $1700 used car is likely to weather a VT winter.
