I messed up my sleeping pattern big time so I spend my nights awake and my days asleep. I tried staying up in the morning but I can never make it past noon. I don't want to buy sleeping pills or anything of that sort. I've tried forcing myself to go to sleep at night but I'm just not tired enough so I end up waking up 20 minutes later. If you've had this problem in the past, what did you do to fix it?
