My friend just said he "banged out" 100 sit ups and 70 push ups in 15 minutes. He's doing them wrong, Y/N?

ETA: I don't think he was actually doing them for 15 minutes but that's how long he was gone.


I mean he's very fit but I always heard that if you were able to do so many in one sitting, then you aren't doing them right.
