Why is it that whenever I run, my stomach always remains cold? My other body parts all become warm/hot, but not my stomach. And not cold like body temperature - actually colder, so that it's noticeable. This happens in the summer as well (i.e. when it's warm outside), but it's more obvious now, since my stomach becomes even colder.
I've noticed this even when I was very fit, as well as now when it's a little flabby. Does it have something to do with how fat is burnt off certain areas of the body first?..
Have you ever experienced this? Maybe in another area - thighs, butt? Are you chubbier in that area?
