my fiances little brother has a free ride to any UC school, any one he wants to go to. his family is struggling a little with money right now, so this free ride is the gift of a life time. this selfish little brat wants to go to Platt college of design because he thinks he might want to get into graphic design or animation. He is unsure of what he wants to do, but he knows that he could not find ANYTHING he would be interested in at any of the UC's. He is willing to put his family out $2,000 a month not including the cost of living for two years, but he is not willing to look into other things that may interest him.
is this me over reacting, or would that piss you off too?
eta: he thinks he might want to do graphic design. he is going to a community college right now that offers an associates in graphic design, but he does not want to take those classes. he is also really interested in History, but is not willing to research what jobs he could do with a degree in history.
his parents are saying no, but he is still insisting that he must go there.
he is a great kid, has great potential, can do whatever he puts his mind to, but he wants to take the easy route in life and he feels like something in the design world is going to be easier in life.
