Let's say that you're 75 years old and your adult kids and their kids (who are around 5 years old) are coming to visit for a few nights.  You're not married but you're living with your girlfriend.  Of course you usually sleep in the same bed.  Your kids hold the values that if you're not married, you shouldn't be sleeping in the same bed.

Are you going to sleep with your girlfriend or are you going to sleep separately?

I was listening to the radio yesterday and a woman called to say that her 75-year-old father and his girlfriend slept in separate rooms because the 5-year-old was asking where the girlfriend will sleep since they can't sleep together.  I thought it was cute.
