They say food is all in stages of rotting.

This bread expired almost 2 weeks ago, but still tastes fresh. No signs of mold. Still moist enough to be yummy.
I never froze this loaf. What do you think?

While I'm at it- this beef stew meat I've had in the freezer since October probably needs to go, eh?
