I'm trying to remember what these things are called so that I can find a recipe...what are those things that they have at weddings and English teatimes? I want to call them penny fours, and google is coming up with nothing (I'm pretty sure I'm spelling it wrong). They're like little cake things. TQC, WHAT ARE THEY?
Am I insane, and these things are just a figment of my imagination?
