How much cardio should I do in a week? Is it ok to work out an hour everyday and rotate what I do each day (run, elliptical, swim and stationary bike)? How often should I add toning in, 3 days a week?
If you don't care, say some hurtful words to make me stay on my healthy pattern of better food choices and exercise. I am down 45lbs and want to lose some more!
