For those of you not in the know: he was convicted of killing a cop 15 years ago and he's been on death row ever since, set to be executed this week. However, all but two of the witnesses have since recanted their testimonies, saying they were coerced, and many have implicated another guy in the murder. And in addition to that, there was never any physical evidence or even a murder weapon. THE POPE has asked Georgia to hold off on the execution, and now Al Sharpton's all up on it.
