1. My apartment complex charges a $500 pet deposit for up to two pets. Back "home", I have two dogs. I've had them well over 10 years each. They are small (under 10 pounds), housebroken and, because of their age, low energy. They've never chewed on anything that wasn't food. Since they are attached to everyone in the family, I thought of taking them for a week out of every month.
I cannot afford a $1,000 pet deposit.
A. Tell management the truth and hope they'll let me pay just for one pet. B. Just tell them there will be one dog and pay the $500 and hope to not get caught. C. Save up for the $1,000 deposit, which could take me a very long time with what I'm paid. D. Forget about it all.
