About 2 weeks ago now (it will be 2 weeks tomorrow), I ordered a textbook from an amazon.com marketplace seller, and I paid for expedited shipping (4-6 business days). It has been 2 weeks and I haven't received it, so I sent him an email, to which he replied with a tracking number that usps.com says there is no record of.
Wtf? What can I do?? :( Should I ask for a refund? I really need this book and if I'm not going to get it from him, I need the money back so I can get it somewhere else.
