I started walking for an hour a day a couple of days a week. Ever since I started this and eating better (no sugar or caffeine and lots of fruits/veggies), I've had tons of energy and I haven't been able to sleep at all. I can't tire myself out for anything. As soon as I stop walking and eating sugar again, though, I can sleep. Is there some kind of explanation for this? Could it be indicative of a health problem?
