Dark circles under eyes... does anyone know if that's a sign of some sort of vitamin deficiency? (I sleep enough). What stuff should I be eating/taking that I'm not getting enough of?

Healthier snack ideas? I don't mean 'an apple' or whatever, I mean something that I can sort of trick myself into thinking is as great as the chips and biscuits that I know i'd like to be eating. :P I do eat fruit and veg already, but for some reason 'here, have  a banana!' isn't the same as 'mmm, cheese  flavoured chips...' or 'yum, sweet flavoured biscuit!' So, something tasty that 'feels' like an 'alternative' if you get what I mean.
