2. When was the last time you lost your temper because of being impatient?
3. Is it too much to ask that grown adults in the workplace understand how to forward an email to a colleague or minimize a window?
In essence, I've always been very patient. However, the person I'm training at work is making me want to tear my eyeballs out. If she accidentally hits the Big Red X on Microsoft Word, she'll panic and hit "no" when it asks her if she wants to save - just so the box will go away. But then she loses her document, obviously. I do my very very best to be kind and just show her how to do things and I haven't ever been rude, but it's been 5 months and I'm getting to the point where I don't really want to show her how to sort a spreadsheet for the 20th time.
