Personal female stuff

 I have 2 questions, that are slight TMI:

A) I am about 8 weeks pregnant and I have horrible with a ,capital H ,morning/afternoon/eveing sickness. What doesn't help is all the pre-natal vitamins I have tried make is SO much worse. I even tried Flinstone's and those still make me sick. Have any of you going through a pregnancy without them and everything came out alright?

B) I can not eat any meat products of any sort since becoming pregnant. They make me run to the bathroom . What can I add, that is gentle, to my diet that will replace those missing proteins?
