I went to a ska show on Friday and skanked like I've never skanked before. Now however, I am really feeling it in my left calf and ankle. I have a horseback riding lesson on Tuesday that I cannot miss. TQC, this is where you come in.

What can I do it make it feel better? Heat or ice? How long? Muscle relaxant or no muscle relaxant? I don't need it to be completely gone, but dull it enough that I can ride for an hour and deal with the pain afterwords.
