hey y'all ! so i'm at work and i just had my small and daily panic attack. i finally decided that enough is enough and that i have to go see someone about my anxiety. i took the first step and called my doctor to make an appointment for a referral for a therapist. my question is (although personal as it is, and if it applies) when was it that you last decided that "enough was enough" and actively went ahead to change/stop something?
