I work third shift, so in the winter months I literally NEVER get any natural sunlight. Every year I get really bad seasonal depression and this year I want to do something about it. I've been reading about UV lightboxes for Seasonal Affective Disorder and I think this may be the solution for me. However, there are so many to choose from and I'm frankly quite confused.|
So, my question is: Do you have any experience with UV lightboxes, and if so, do you have any suggestions for what kind I should invest in? Alternatively, do you have any other suggestions for solutions to SAD that aren't prescription meds?
