I work third shift, so in the winter months I literally NEVER get any natural sunlight. Every year I get really bad seasonal depression and this year I want to do something about it. I've been reading about UV lightboxes for Seasonal Affective Disorder and I think this may be the solution for me. However, there are so many to choose from and I'm frankly quite confused.

So, my question is: Do you have any experience with UV lightboxes, and if so, do you have any suggestions for what kind I should invest in? Alternatively, do you have any other suggestions for solutions to SAD that aren't prescription meds?

DK;DC: Ice cream in a bowl or on a cone? Milkshake to go or in the diner? The red pill or the blue pill? Analog or digital? Movie theater or at home on the couch? Why did you put that there?
