The Question Club

Tonight I'm doing a movie night with some friends that I've just remembered are much healthier eaters than I am. My usual standby for these things is junk food, but since I've already promised to supply snacks, what are some good healthier options I could bring (besides veggies and dip)?

The Question Club

So more work issues. Last Tuesday, me and one of my coworkers (coworker A) got into a spat.BackstoryCollapse )

My boyfriend is starting to work there next week. He obviously knows what happened, and the two of us and coworkers A and B have all hung out together. I generally have the patience of a saint. Him? Not so much. I'm a little concerned that him and coworker A might also get into a spat at some point, especially considering some of her other behavior (he's taking my shifts, so they will work together sooner rather than later). Part of me wants to let the owner know what happened, so he understands if he notices things are a little tense (between the four of us, but especially coworker A and my boyfriend). At the same time, i'm not really trying to have the owner speak with her or anything. Like i said, tomorrow's my last day with her.

Would you say something?

And for those who remember my last post, my last day is in a week. I'm staying with the company (eh), but i've worked with my soon-to-be-new manager before (he's great!) and (considering it comes with an immediate 50c pay increase and **maybe** a promotion) i think it's not a bad option to try out. I made it clear why i was quitting, but did not go into specifics, nor was i asked. I assumed it wasn't necessary.

Sorry for all the backstory. We're all longer-term employees and friends, so it's not all simple.
