On my lease, it says to change my a/c filter every 30-45 days
I changed it around the 60 day (or so) mark.
The filter is wet and it looks like it's leaking.
I emailed my LL to have someone look at my Ac. I suddenly got laryngitis without being sick, and there is a strong "dust" like smell which I think Is coming from my Ac. I had to call out of work because I have a speaking job and needed to rest my voice, and obviously I can't have this crap going on for very long
My landlord hasn't responded. Normally they respond immediately to emails. Do you think my LL is going to try and say I didn't change my filter enough, and charge me for repairs?
