Dear TQC,

Have you ever been told so many conflicting things that you're set to pull a Linda Blair head spin? I've never been a PC gamer and all I want is to unload these useless games I got as a gift. I was told that eBay doesn't allow you to sell those because of something called "personalization keys", but I quickly found an eBay page detailing how to sell them.

And when I asked Google about the keys, it not only tried to sell me on Windows 10 but otherwise pulled a "Whatchu talkin' 'bout, Willis?" on me. Cue the head spin.

So, TQC, what's the deal -- can I sell these things on eBay or not, and WTH is a "personalization key"? Sorry, I know zip about PC games. I think the only one I ever played was some old Sonic the Hedgehog racing game. The one with that horrific Tails Doll worth a childhood of hellish nightmares.

And for the bored and totally uninterested…

Have you ever gotten so much conflicting information about a topic that you became even more confused about the matter than when you started? Because I feel like I know less about PC games now than I did before I started trying to get rid of these stupid things. |:
