I was just diagnosed with IBS and the Physician on call in the ER told me to cut out some foods for a month or so to identify my triggers, including gluten.  I am trying to find some gluten-free pasta and breads and stuff, but when I do a search online, I run into another issue.  I can't eat corn or rice either without getting sick and the labels state that the products contain one or both of those. Are there products out there which don't have them and do Walmart or Publix have them, or do I have to go to a health food store, order them online, or make them myself?  Recommendations, please!
