The Question Club
I rent an apartment in Texas. My roommate somehow evaded signing the lease, he has similarly avoided paying for any of the utilities for a while. I had other things to deal with and he is an entitled single child of 25 years who gets whiny and projects everything back on to me, so I have put up with the lack of contribution for a while. Now I want to get rid of him. He does not want to move "because it is so cheap." Well, duh! I have the single bedroom and he does not have a key to that, but I have to go through the front room where he lives to get to mine. Rent is due on the 1st, he habitually pays me on the 4th or 5th. |
How much notice do I need to give him to leave? How do I get him to give back the single parking sticker that I need now that I have a car also? What do I need to do to establish he has not been paying his half and needs to go? How would I sick the law on him, like for an eviction, if he will not go?
