Book genres

What specific genre would you consider a YA book with this description to be in:

Our world has undergone an apocalypce where the dead would come back to life as superhumans, 99% mindless monsters, 1% still themselves.

An 18 year old girl is part of a team that protects their city against the monsters, but she finds out some dark secrets from the superhumans and has to choose between her loyalties and the lives of everyone in the city.

Expilaramus, Roomie!

I rent an apartment in Texas. My roommate somehow evaded signing the lease, he has similarly avoided paying for any of the utilities for a while. I had other things to deal with and he is an entitled single child of 25 years who gets whiny and projects everything back on to me, so I have put up with the lack of contribution for a while. Now I want to get rid of him. He does not want to move "because it is so cheap." Well, duh! I have the single bedroom and he does not have a key to that, but I have to go through the front room where he lives to get to mine. Rent is due on the 1st, he habitually pays me on the 4th or 5th.

How much notice do I need to give him to leave? How do I get him to give back the single parking sticker that I need now that I have a car also? What do I need to do to establish he has not been paying his half and needs to go? How would I sick the law on him, like for an eviction, if he will not go?
