And other TQC strength training enthusiasts:|
I've been doing strength training for a few weeks now. Right now I'm doing routines from dumbbell-exercises.com (apparently there's a website for everything) at home and generally I'm noticing progress, but tbh the site looks a bit sketch to me and in classic cactus_rs fashion I'm worrying over doin it rong. I don't care about ~being jacked~ or losing weight, I just want to be strong(er). Unfortunately, it seems like every conceivable "beginner's guide" is about getting ripped/losing weight/obsessively adding weight to your lifts because....reasons? Help me clear through the bullshit. Advice, links, whatever.
