I am going to fulfill a lifelong dream in 2015 and go to Rome, I have already started to save up now.

have you been there? if so, do you have any tips or suggestions for things to do and best ways to keep the trip reasonable (budget wise)?

if you don't know/don't care, where is your dream destination?

And other TQC strength training enthusiasts:

I've been doing strength training for a few weeks now. Right now I'm doing routines from (apparently there's a website for everything) at home and generally I'm noticing progress, but tbh the site looks a bit sketch to me and in classic cactus_rs fashion I'm worrying over doin it rong. I don't care about ~being jacked~ or losing weight, I just want to be strong(er). Unfortunately, it seems like every conceivable "beginner's guide" is about getting ripped/losing weight/obsessively adding weight to your lifts because....reasons? Help me clear through the bullshit. Advice, links, whatever.
