Does anyone know of a way to back up bookmarks on Google Chrome? I'm unable to update Google Chrome (automatic updates are turned off, says I need to be an administrator (which I bloody am)) and someone said I may need to do a complete reinstall of Chrome but I don't want to lose my bookmarks.
Guy in the computer shop said I should just take note of them but I have too many bookmarks to take note of all of them.
Chrome's being a pain in the arse ATM and I'm pretty sure it needs to be updated but as I said I can't update it
Does any particular piece of media make you cry? Does one continue to do so even if you've watched it lots of times? Do people make fun of you for it / do you make a joke out of it yourself?
(My husband teases me because I can't watch the How I Met Your Mother episode "Three Days of Snow" without crying. It's one of the only things that does it too - several things will make me cry once, but the only two things I can think of that make me cry every time are "Three Days of Snow" and the reprise of "I'll Cover You" from RENT. I dunno why, but he thinks it's funny.)
If you buy a present for someone, and you get a free gift with purchase (free sample with posh bath stuff, or a packet of spices when buying deli stuff for a hamper, for example), do you include it with the present, or keep it for yourself?
Say you meet someone, hit it off, and start dating. After a few dates and a couple weeks of being really into each other, they tell you they're planning on moving about 900 miles away in about a month. You have no ties to where you currently are and are planning on moving in a few months anyway, though you were not planning to move anywhere near where they are moving to. You're reasonably young and nothing is really tying you down (no kids, job sucks, etc). You haven't met anyone quite like this person, and you could definitely see something long-term with them.
What would you do?
a) Just date until they move, enjoying their company while you can b) Distance yourself before you get too attached (though you're already getting attached) c) Consider moving close to them if you can find a good job in your field near where they're going d) Try to maintain a long distance relationship once they move
