How do I breakfast? Three days (maximum) a week, I will be going to the gym before work (7-7.45) to start work at 8.30. I can't eat before hand, since I'm not going to be eating at 6 to ensure my food has gone down, so I need to eat after. There's no facilities to cook or prepare food at the gym, and due to the nature of my job, I can't go in early to prepare food there, so I need something I can prepare super easily on the way, or just eat?
Any ideas? I figure yoghurt+fruit is a good one (I would on these days make sure I am eating a really good protein enriched lunch)
Dk/dc - favourite breakfast?
All health food aside, my favourite thing in the WORLD is a stack of pancakes, drowning in maple syrup, with bacon and a side of scrambled eggs. And maybe hash browns if I'm feeling disgraceful.
Otherwise I like poached eggs, spinach and peppermint tea.
EDITED TO ADD: I'm allergic to bananas, so nothing with those in.
