I've been the target of organized gang stalking for over twenty years.  The stalkers are numerous and usually strangers.  Why is this happening to me, and how can I stop it?

Do you count calories or just go by serving size? Or both? If you count calories, how do you keep track of them? If you use an app for this, what is it? How do you input items that don't list calories (say food bought off a hot bar, food you've prepped with other ingredients into one item (ex: chili where you put in ground beef, canned beans, canned tomatoes) etc)?
