Cooks of TQC, can you help me?|
I recently got a zester, so I picked up two limes, and now I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. I'm thinking of adding them to some ground beef I have, but that leaves me wondering:
1)Just the zest or should I add the juice also?
2)Would it actually taste strongly of lime or am I expecting too much?
3)Other than salt and pepper, what seasonings should I add?
4)Can you think of a better use for two small limes?
