I recently got a job at a bakery, where my shift is 5AM-1PM. In order to be at the bakery, I have to be up at 3:30AM. My boyfriend (who I live with) works from 2PM-12:30AM.|
How should I organize my sleep schedule so we can still spend time together? I've been trying to sleep from 6pm-12am so I can wake up when he gets home, but it's impossible to go to bed at 6pm. How do I change my sleep schedule so I can actually fall asleep during the day and get real rest?
Have you ever had to make a radical change in your sleep schedule?
