All of a sudden, my regular foundation has started looking orange on my skin. The brand I use makes warm, cool, and neutral tones -- I use neutral. Should I try cool or warm? Or do I need a lighter shade? Help!
I know this is an age-old question and there are boatloads of wank from both the 'yes' and 'no' camps, but I've been seriously wondering lately - Is defragmentation of Macs OsX 10.4x and above really actually useful or beneficial?
Your opinions please?
(because these are opinions you don't have to cite sources however if you're going to put something forward as fact, well then...)
So it snowed a lot here yesterday and the roads were still pretty sloppy when I drove to work. Shortly before I got to work, the steering wheel started jerking to the right, just one quick jerk every thirty seconds or so (but not exactly... they weren't evenly spaced). I was driving pretty slowly, so it wasn't a big deal. I checked the tires when I got to work and they look fine (we've had trouble with the front right losing air, but it's fine right now).
Any idea what might have been causing it? I just had the car inspected yesterday and it passed. They looked at the wheels and said they were rusting and should be replaced but that it wasn't anything urgent.
I'm just wondering if it's safe to drive it home (about 13 miles, the roads should be clear by then).
I called my insurance to just double check that breast pumps were covered. I need a hospital grade one (because supply issues and other issues) and so I need a prescription. No biggie, I can get it, but they said the mandate (I'm assuming this is part of the Affordable Care Act) has specifics they have to cover so I just need it to be a "coverable" reason. Obviously I want my doc to say the right thing though I'd assume supply issues would totally be one of the reasons. I tried googling but my Google-fu is thwarted by a baby that wants me to hold him and an older kid doing school work.
Does anyone know what the covered needs are? Or where I can find them?
DK/DC - What are fun things to do with kids on St. Patricks Day? Links that I can pin on Pinterest are a bonus! (Kids being 1 kid that's 7 because my baby won't be really doing a whole lot of anything)

I have been sick since Wednesday and I'm pretty tired of it. I have stomach/GI symptoms, also a fearsome headache and joint pain. While it's not terrible that I'm losing weight, I have a feeling the headache would be better if I ate something. Toast works, but it's getting boring and unappealing after 3 days. Soup makes me super queasy so that's not under consideration--SO offered to take me out for pho, which I love when I have a bad cold, and I had to say no. What kind of food appeals to you when you're sick like this?
ETA: I just got a "deal" email for a juice cleanse. I think I'll take a tall glass of NOPE, thanks.
