how do I tell my family (6+) on the east coast to STOP. MASS. TEXTING. THE ENTIRE FAMILY.

It's extremely distracting while I am working, and I think texts should be emergency like things ONLY.
Keep the photos, video of babies playing, photos of snow, etc to the fuckin EMAIL THREAD.

God damnit, someone help me.

// I just got fed up and told them to please keep texts as emergencies/immediate questions only and my sister replies "dude its okay, just put your phone on silent"

Where do you keep your cats litter box? How often do you clean it?
Do you have a dog door? If so what are some common problems to be aware of with using them?
Will you post a picture of your pets?!

What are your plans for today?

I think I need to be sensible TQC, but I need someone to force that decision on me.
I just got a nice tax rebate of $1200. I have debt in the UK on a credit card of about $1000 (GBP 630).
Should I use this tax rebate to just pay that off/pay half of it? I go back to the UK in May. I would otherwise save this money and put it towards traveling before I go back. Another consideration is that I will be selling my car when I leave, and am hoping to get about $800 for it, but obviously there is no guarantee on that.

When you buy postage stamps, do you just accept whatever clerk offers you first, or do you ask to see the various choices of pictures on the stamps? What was your favorite stamp?

(This might be a USA-centric question. I don't know how other nations handle this.)

How often do you wash your dishes?

As used/once daily/twice a day/as needed? My roommates used to leave their dishes until they need to make something-very frustrating. Lead to ordering in on their part a lot.

Do you make anything in large batches to freeze ahead?

I don't but I would like to. I have heard you can do this with pancakes and that just sounds awesome.

How weird would it be to add blended fruits/berries to pancake mix?

I know some people will just add something like blue berries to their mix but what if you blended it first then added the juice? Would that be weird?

This is really important to me.

I've had gnocchi 3 times in my life. One was at that Italian place in downtown disney, and it was delicious. Super soft, melt-in-your-mouth little pillows. The second time was at a nice Italian place, and they were way more potato-y. I really don't like the texture of potatoes very much at all, so these gnocchi were pretty disappoint. The third time was tonight, some gourmet trader joe's sweet potato gnocchi, and it had the soft, smooth texture I liked so much the first time I had them.

So tell me, is typical gnocchi supposed to be pretty potato-y, or does it vary a lot? I really really love it otherwise and want to not be disappointed next time I order it.

1. will you post in a comment the cutest image on internet that you can find/have seen?

(can be your own animals, babies, etc, what the fuck ever you want)

2. what's your favorite alcoholic drink? do you prefer drugs over alcohol?
