Are you notorious or known for anything?

I'm the girl with the "fun earrings", penguin obsessed and an avid hockey fan.  People talk to me about these things at least once a day.

I also have friends that are known for: breaking/losing their shoe(s) on a regular basis, zebra print everything and a Sex Toy Diva.  (Not all the same person. LOL)

Where would you rather go exploring, assuming you had no choice about going somewhere and had to go alone and without any kind of phone, etc?

A dense forest
An old sewer system
The desert
A haunted house
A tropical rainforest
Air ducts of a tall building - they are just barely big enough for you to squeeze in

Can anyone help me figure out what this is? I think it could be psoriasis, but I'm not sure because I've never had it. I have two rough, small legions on my elbow (dime and pea sized). It's red in the middle and white around the edges (white part is hard to see in the photo). It doesn't itch and it's just these two spots. They've been there for a few weeks or so and they haven't spread or gotten larger.

So psoriasis, y/n? What's the best way to treat it?

I have an ex who keeps trying to keep lines of communication open with me. He doesn't have Facebook, so he gets in touch via email or text. I've recently started seriously dating someone, and we both agreed that having exes still in the picture especially when in a new relationship is just not right.

Yesterday, ex sent me this text: "Hey! How have you been?"

Is this response okay?:
"Hey. I've recently started dating someone. I don't think it's a good idea for us to be talking because I want to respect him and the relationship."

Do you think it's a good idea to minimize or cut communication off with exes completely?

Classroom Nostalgia [May. 4th, 2013|11:26 am]
The Question Club

Have you saved any of your schoolwork? If so, what kind of things have you saved?

What criteria do you use for keeping versus tossing?

I kept all my papers longer than a page, journal exercises/creative writing, multimedia projects, 2-D art that turned out well (and a few 3-D things...), and some written exams with unique teacher comments. Basically anything I worked really hard on and/or that I enjoy looking at, which as it turns out is a lot. I tossed notes [once I knew I was never taking a class of that type again], worksheets, and 98% of anything from a math class (might have kept a few algebra tests because I like solving the problems).

Do you shake hands or hug someone when being introduced to them for the first time?

I ask because I ran into an old friend of mine this week, and she introduced me to a friend she had with her.  I went to shake this girl's hand but she went right in for a hug instead and said "oh my God, who shakes hands anymore?!", like she thought it was the silliest thing I could have done.

I don't know, I'm a pretty friendly person and I like hugs but I usually save it for the second or third time I hang out with someone.  Going in for a hug right off the bat seems a bit weird to me.  How about you guys?

Where can I find... [May. 4th, 2013|07:18 pm]
The Question Club

I've been searching a long time, and finally found this Sailor Mercury keychain available on eBay! The trouble is it looks like it's in fairly terrible condition.

Anyone have good sources or resources to try to find a better one for sale somewhere? Or is my best bet keeping up with eBay and hoping someone lists a better one soon?

Revenge! [May. 4th, 2013|08:24 pm]
The Question Club

A friend called me very early this morning, devastated and pissed the hell off.  She was ditched in the middle of a date.  He literally just stood up and walked away in the middle of a movie.  She had to take a cab home because he had insisted that he pick her up instead of meeting at the restaurant. She says she is over being upset but now wants to get revenge.

What is the best revenge you have ever gotten on someone?  What did they do?

How should my friend get revenge on this douchebag?

What documentation does my professor want to prove my grandma's illness? [May. 4th, 2013|11:09 pm]
The Question Club

The other day I had to spend the day with my grandma in the hospital when she had a stomach virus, and thus I missed my online exam.  My professor is asking for documentation of this event.  What does he mean by this? What type of documentation should I give him?  Any advice is appreciated.
