The Question Club
I have a dilemma regarding my 2005 Honda Civic...It's been a great car until it hit 100K miles...The last 18 months, I've had to put $4,000 into repairing all sorts of things (not maintenance): bushings cracked, radiator problems, leak, engine mounts needed repairing, and on and on. Then today, right when it's getting hot, the AC went out. No air comes out of the main vents, just by your feet.|
I don't know what I should do. I looked up the Kelly Blue Book value of the car and it says it's $8000. Should I just dump this car before more miles go on it and I have to dump more money into it? Or hold on to it for as long as I can? (I'll be going to law school part time in the Fall, but keeping my full time job).
I was looking at a 2011 Lexus IS250, but not sure if I want a car payment at this point in my life.
