Do you have a blog besides livejournal, and what do you blog about? Post the link if you want to! I want to look at some blogs.
LiveDoodle has become boring.
What can I do to spice it up?
and by LiveDoodle I mean all of you.
So I tried making honey-lemon chicken in the oven yesterday and I did everything as the recipe said. Pre-heat oven (at temperature called for); put it in uncovered for 30 minutes. The 30 minutes came and went and that chicken did not cook well. The pieces were not too big; to think they needed more time. I noticed that my oven (gas) doesn’t stay on all the time, could that be why?
I do not have experience with ovens so can any of you please help, advise me, on the proper way to cook in the oven. Tips, tricks etc….. I’m lost and a newlywed.
When was the last time an employer offered you a job that you hadn't applied for?
have you ever had someone offer you work while you were already working?
This week I upgraded my phone to iPhone 4S (contract said I was eligible for upgrade, and I had to do it right then anyway 'cause a customer stole my 3GS....) and I love the voice features. Siri is a goddess (if a slightly deaf one at times).
Which is why I was hoping I could get some advice on Bluetooth stuff. Looking at Amazon reviews is really iffy because a good chunk of them are likely to be faked. I also don't have the cash to get a super fancy one (because of the new phone!), but also don't want one that is a pure waste of money. So pretty much a spending range of $20~45?
I'd mostly, maybe only, use it while driving. Not only is it illegal here to text/talk while driving, but Siri is practically deaf in a vehicle on the road (I tried it while at a red light!)
I am stuck on a plane next to this guy who reeks of burrito and is schnotting it up nonstop. The elderly lady on the aisle side of him actually broke down and offered him a tissue, which he declined. How do I survive the next few hours without losing my mind or getting his plague????
What's a good last minute gift for a two-year-old? Hopefully something a drug store would have.
Are you comfortable telling people your clothing size? What about your weight?
1. How long after you leave a takeaway or drive-through restaurant is too late to complain to them that the food was wrong? If it's been way too long or you can't be bothered to go back, is an acceptable solution calling to leave your name and requesting a free item on the next visit?
2. You find out your doctor, therapist, other trusted health care provider is of a strange religion or sect. You pick whatever you think "strange" means. Does that change the way you feel about seeing them, or affect your level of trust in them? What would be a dealbreaker?
3. What's your comfort food?
4. What's your comfort object?
