The Question Club
A long time ago, I had access to a computer program that was like Photoshop, but you could make "stacks" of pictures that could be saved as an animation, with "onion skin" to keep the animation consistent. It was an older version of Painter, and they stopped making the program like that, as far as I can tell. I think they basically jacked the price up and took out the animation capabilities in the new ones.|
Does anyone know of a good animation program that's like Painter(and for windows) that doesn't break the bank? I keep finding complicated programs that aren't any fun to use (not user friendly), and have no real tutorial support. Any ideas?
