Is any one else feeling distinctly unchristmasy at the moment? why?
i don't know if its the cold i've had for the last few days or just my sister being lovey-lovey with her new fiance.
Is it okay to ever deny a obvious regift from a very close and good friend?
I want to make this awesome present for a friend, where I fill up a mason jar with epsom salts and hide a Batman-fied rubber ducky in the middle. I want to write something awesome on the jar in terms of measurments, almost like directions for use?
I had an idea at each line on the jar, I could write something witty like "For a bad day". What are some funny measurements I could write? Also, should I write a poem on the front?
What was your favorite Christmas present (if you celebrated Christmas, of course)?
I loved the milk frother I got.
dk/dc: If you don't do Christmas, what did you do today?
eta: I see the top question was already asked.. So uh, what do you wish you got for Christmas that you didn't?
If I'm making baked brie, am I supposed to cut off that white stuff around the outside of it? I'm thinking yes, but the recipe doesn't say, so...
Have any of you actually bought The Forever Comfy? If so, what did you think of it? If not, what the hell are you waiting for?
Edited to remove the link to the site for the item. I realize that might have made this post seem like a solicitation post when it is just me being curious.
What did you give for Christmas?
Do you know anyone who doesn't react well to gifts they receive?
Inspired by my niece, who had such a flat look on her face when she was opening her presents like it was a chore. Not even the slightest hint of a smile (and we got her what she asked for!). I know she's a little awkward/offbeat in general, but this just came off as rude.
Which members of the same sex do you find stunning/gorgeous/beautiful?
Is there an actress, singer, whoever that comes to mind when you think of "plain-looking"?
What is the difference between arrogance and pretentiousness?
