hey tqc. so last night i received my phone bill.. i have a monthly cap of $80 and this months phone bill came up to a total of.. $600. W T F. |
- i didnt use the internet on my phone more than i do
- if anything i use it less? i played less games, i deleted facebook, i only go on twitter, gmail, and instagram. i dont watch videos on youtube. i dont skype or facetime. im usually at home so i use my laptop for the internet.
- i dont use my phone as wifi
i called customer care immediately and they said they sent me a text on the 23rd telling me i had gone way over my cap. i just checked - nothing. i didnt get a text from them. no record of it. i told the guy i was sure i didnt go THAT much over my cap, but because its there on my bill as me going over the data plan... i have to pay.
what do i do tqc? how likely is it that they made a mistake re: my phone bill? im just scared because if its on my phone bill as me going over the cap on the 23rd, i have nothing i can do.
