This is the situation. And for those who may suggest it, I'm not pregnant, unless it's some sort of immaculate conception.
For the past few months, whenever I'm on a bus (whether it is a local city bus, or sometimes even an intercity Greyhound), I get really nauseous if I'm on it for more than ten minutes. This doesn't happen *all* the time, but say, out of an average of 12 city bus rides I'll take in a week, it would happen around seven or eight of them. Doesn't seem to be specific to any single bus route, or time of day. Most of the time it'll end as soon as I step off the bus, though there have been a few occasions lately where it gets worse for a few minutes, and then only get better about ten minutes later. This bus nausea is new in the past few months - I've been taking buses for years without problems. I get motion sickness if I try to read in cars or buses, so I don't do that, but this brings itself on without me reading or anything.
As for the second one - any time I'm up past 3am or so, I seem to get a bout of nausea between 3am and 5am. Doesn't last long, but enough to be irritating and make me feel like I'm going to throw up. Other than bus rides, it doesn't appear randomly at any other time of day. And happens during this 3am-5am time window regardless of whether I got up at 7am or noon that day.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
