First of all, thanks for all the scary book ideas -I'm definitely gonna read a couple of them.

I have another question...and I guess you probably already knew it was coming! What Scccaaarrryyyy movies really made you chew your nails to the quick, cover your eyes our of fright, and stayed in your mind for weeks and weeks and weeks? What is the scariest movie you've ever seen?

How many euphemisms can you think of for getting married or for spouses?

Getting hitched, tying the knot, ball and chain... there have to be more.

Guilty Pleasures

A guy that coached one of my college teams used to say "Concentrate like you are picking your nose." His thought was that, when you pick your nose, there is absolutely nothing else on your mind. Your sole thought and mission is to get at what your digging for.

What does this have to do with anything? What is something that you do, and enjoy doing, that you would never tell anyone? Like if you just really enjoy picking your nose, you get a good feeling after you have cleaned your ears, you are completely relaxed after a good poop, etc. Anything like that.

Edit: Exclude masterbation

blocking viruses

are there any virus blocking programs that are good, can be dowloaded for free, and will actually destroy anything that is already on your computer instead of just blocking any new, incoming threats?

if there are only kinds that you pay for, that's good too. we've got a new kid on the way and are doing our best to pinch pennies.

regardless, we need a computer that doesn't lock every three days due to programs automatically loading themselves to our hard drive.

much appreciation!

This is so unlikely as to be futile, but has anyone ever heard a quite slow, eccentric song in which at one point the (female) singer sneezes and says "gesundheit". I heard it on the radio and wonder what it can be. I think it's quite old.
The Receptionist Classic

My dad sent me $100 for my birthday. (wheeeee!) I know what I *should* so with it (put it in savings), but it's my freakin' birthday. I want to spend it like it's going out of style. The last thing I need is more clothes or books, so I was thinking a new DVD...

Suggestions on movies I should add to my collection? (I'm a sucker for comedies of the cheeseball kind and can't stand animation - with the exception of Pixar, but I own all of those already.)

To London, England?

I'm currently in the U.S, and in my first semester of my senior year in High School I've been in the town I'm currently in my entire life ... and I'm ready for some change. I'm so incredibly sick beyond belief of the school system here, and the teacher's I have this year. I'm just.. tired of them. Anyway, I just learned that if I wanted to, I could graduate early. My mother and I both want to move to England (she has a job pending over there). She'll only move if I graduate early, but she says it's totally up to me.

We'd move after first semester. However, I am assigned classes for second semester such as AP Psychology, Environmental Science, Guitar Class and Anatomy. I have all the credits and courses I need to finish after first semester ... and I DO wanna go to England ... but I guess what's holding me back is ... would I be cutting short my education? Do I really need those classes, especially since one is an AP class and colleges like to see these things.

But also if I graduate early, I can work for a little while and save some money for college. Friends aren't really an issue for me (I don't have many) Ugh, I just don't know what to do. Will you please help me decide?

Good Free Windows Firewall?

I'm pretty well fed up with ZoneAlarm. I've always hated the interface (I'm visually impaired so the white and yellow backgrounds are a nightmare), plus there's other aspects of ZoneAlarm I'm not really happy with.

Can anyone recommend a good free alternative to ZoneAlarm? Preferably one that uses the user specified system colors, and will handle incoming attacks as well as preventing unwanted programs from accessing the Internet (two-way filtering?)
