After reading a post about I love the 90s....I've been wondering this since the "I love the 70s" was on....considering that in like 10 years or so they might do a show on the years between 2000 and 2010...what would they call those years?

If there's any fans of 24 here - can you tell me (without spoiling the end of season 3) if season 3 was the final season? I've heard they're going with season 4, but they're advertising the end of the season as the series finale, here...

movie question

okay, so, I just saw Napoleon Dynamite. It was pretty good....funny and sweet and cute and all that jazz, but I have a few questions.

1) When is the movie supposed to be taking place? Cuz I was thinking late 80's, but then Kip was online talking to people, so I was like, wtf?

2) Was Napoleon supposed to be retarted, or just socially inept, or what? Like, why was he the oldest kid on the bus in the beginning? Also, how old was he(and all the other characters) supposed to be in the beginning.

I saw the movie blind, so I didn't really know a lot of the basics that I probably should have going in. I feel like the movie left out a lot of really basic basic information, stuff that would just make the movie a bit more easy to understand. Or maybe I'm just an idiot.

Although I have heard a lot of positive feedback on Fahrenheit 9/11, I've heard some people say that the movie was full of lies. They never actually specified the actual lies that they claim are in this movie, so would anyone reference me to these lies they're talking about? Danke.

foreign film question....

two or three years ago, i saw this movie whose title i can't now recall. i'm pretty sure it was french, and it was about this dog ( a bull terrier, i think ) the dog actually narrates the movie, and its about his life. he's kind of adopted by this sadistic little kid, who, i think, at one point tortures the dog. it was pretty violent and bleak overall.
does anyone know what i'm talking about?

How does one quickly ease the pain of the devil of all sunburns? You know, the ones that hurt when strands of hair touch it? I've tried Aloe, but it just worked for a limited amount of time and now it feels dry and itchy and hot and well, it burns. I've bee told vinegar helps, but that just sounds like it would dry up the skin more. Does it work? I would just like to ease it enough to be able to lift my arms. Help? :)If I just let it heal naturally, how long would it take to heal? Etc Etc. It's on my shoulders, neck and collar area, if that helps any.

I am living in the UK but sometimes we get the American news on at about 2am. This morning I was up waiting for my boyfriend to come home and was half watching a court case about Martha Stewart(?). The question is was it Martha Stewart and what was the case about? From what I caught it appeared to have been dropped.

Anyone help?
